1. Provider and acceptance
Xohre is operated by Projera Partners Eğitim Danışmanlık Koçluk ve Dijital Hizmetleri AŞ. ("Projera", "we", "us"). Our registered contact address is 19 Mayıs Mah. İnönü Cad. Samlı No: 97 İç Kapı No: 7, Kadıköy, İstanbul, Türkiye. Tax number: 7331275227.
These Terms govern access to the Xohre website, accounts, workspaces, subscription features, and related services. By creating an account, starting a subscription, or using Xohre, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.
2. Accounts and authorized use
- You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for safeguarding sign-in credentials and for activity performed through your account by authorized users.
- Business and Enterprise customers are responsible for the users, roles, permissions, workspaces, and content they administer.
- You may not use Xohre unlawfully, interfere with the service, evade access controls, test vulnerabilities without written permission, or infringe the rights of others.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and taxes
Xohre offers monthly Individual, Business, and Enterprise subscriptions. The features and limits included in each plan are described on the Pricing page and in the account interface. Subscription fees cover platform access and the stated plan entitlements. AI model consumption, third-party services, and additional usage may be limited or charged separately when clearly disclosed before purchase.
Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for applicable transactions. Your payment transaction is also governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms presented at checkout. Paddle calculates and collects applicable transaction taxes and provides the relevant transaction documentation.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period until cancelled. We may change prices for future billing periods by giving advance notice where required by law. A price change does not apply retroactively to an already paid period.
4. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time through the account billing interface or Paddle customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents future renewal charges. Access continues until that period ends unless the subscription is refunded, terminated for cause, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Refund eligibility and the request process are described in the Xohre Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights and the Paddle Buyer Terms remain applicable.
5. Platform and AI services
We may improve, update, or replace platform functions while preserving paid access to the material capabilities of the applicable plan. Planned maintenance, security incidents, provider interruptions, and events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or using it in decisions. Xohre does not replace professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
6. Customer content and confidentiality
You retain your rights in content submitted to Xohre. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, and display that content solely to provide and operate the service. You confirm that you have the authority and lawful basis required to submit and process the content.
We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice. Payment card details are handled by Paddle and are not stored by Xohre.
7. Intellectual property
Xohre, its software, interfaces, branding, documentation, and platform content are owned by Projera or its licensors. Except for the subscription right to use the service, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or third parties; respond to unlawful conduct; address non-payment; or enforce these Terms. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Termination does not remove accrued payment obligations or rights that by nature survive termination.
9. Warranties and liability
Xohre is provided with reasonable care and skill and subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction and the right to apply to competent Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts remain unaffected. For commercial disputes that are not subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction, İstanbul Anadolu Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
Questions or complaints may be sent to info@projera.com. We will first try to resolve disputes in good faith.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, security, provider, or product changes. Material changes will be notified through the platform or the registered contact address where required. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
