Migration and import

Continue from
your earlier work.

When moving work from Miro or Mural, understand what will arrive editable, what will be approximate and which information the source does not provide.

Understand the scope when starting from a file.

The existing file route works through vector PDF. Pages are analysed and recognisable text, shapes, sticky notes and lines are converted into Xohre objects. Information absent from the exported file is not guessed and presented as fact.

Not every visual element is expected to arrive as an exact editable equivalent. The import report explains approximate mappings and content retained only in the original image. The PDF itself and the editable result are different representations.

Import into the library, then place it in the work.

Review imported pages in the team library with their previews and reports. Place suitable content on a Wall in a Room, then check the imported objects and relationships.

Team-library access depends on Xohre membership. A person’s name visible in the source tool does not grant verified membership or permissions to that person in Xohre.

Consider session information separately in enterprise migration.

Bulk packages may include board files and comments, participants, votes or activity information explicitly provided by the source. Source-space mapping to teams and personal-data options are handled within the approved scope.

No new history is invented when session information is not supplied by the source. Official API access is a separate development route from file import and remains conditional on a legal opinion.

EXAMPLE ACTIVITY

Bring a workshop board into new work.

A team wants to continue developing ideas from an earlier Miro/Mural activity in Xohre.

01

Prepare a suitable file

Export the supported vector PDF from the source tool.

02

Review the result

Use page previews and reports to see editable, approximate and missing parts.

03

Place it from the library

Choose the appropriate team and Room, then add the content to a Wall.

04

Rebuild the context

Check the layout and relationships, and develop new notes and decisions within the Xohre work.

AT THE END

An import you can review and develop with a clear understanding of what was preserved.

WHAT REMAINS?

01

An import library with previews and reports

02

Editable objects within the supported scope

03

A distinction between source information and new membership or permissions

YOUR QUESTIONS

A closer
look.

Is this a complete one-click Miro/Mural transfer?

No. Editability and losses vary with file format and content. Reporting and review are part of the flow.

Have all scenarios been validated with real Enterprise packages?

Documented support for a bulk format differs from acceptance using a real customer package. Equivalence is not assumed for every enterprise file and session format.

your next shared idea.

Bring ideas, records and decisions into the same context.
